Classic & vintage engine refurbishment

All of our engine builds are hand built in house, using quality products and parts, precise machining & attention to fitment, alignment and running.

Prices shown are for the restoration  / rebuilding of the customers own unit.  We can supply engines as an outright sale.  Please enquire for pricing and availability.

Once stripped, components are placed in a chemical de rusting bath to the remove all corrosion and built up congestion with in the oil and water ways.  All items are inspected, machined and checked before fitment.

Con-rods are checked for alignment and honed to ensure true.  Crankshafts are crack tested, re ground and balanced with the flywheel and clutch.  Cylinder heads are machined / converted to run lead-free fuel.  New water pumps and oil pumps are always fitted where available.

We have a test bed facility to be able to test run all engines prior to collection and fitment by their owner.

Pictures of the engine work / build are provided and a detailed work description & spec are detailed and included with in the engine rebuild documents.
